Shepherdly is currently being tested as a development prototype. If something is not working, tell us what happened and where you got stuck.
Get help
Email support@churchdesk.app. During prototype testing, response times may vary.
Include the screen you were using, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem. You may include your iPhone model and iOS version when they are relevant.
Keep your account secure
Never send a password, passkey, sign-in verification code, or authentication token. Remove member details and other private church information from screenshots unless they are necessary to understand the problem.
Privacy and account requests
You can request account deletion from Shepherdly's account settings. For a privacy question or account-level data request, read our privacy policy or contact privacy@churchdesk.app.
